Mission Statement:
Family Care Physical Therapy will provide personalized one on one care to each individual and maintain professional relationships with the physicians in our community. We strive to provide a quality model of physical therapy in a professional, caring and friendly environment. Our goal is to help our patients improve their health and regain their highest level of function in work, sport, and daily life through accurate diagnoses, therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, instruction in management of the dysfunction and prevention education.
Sammy F. Iraci III, PT:
Sammy is the owner and director of Physical Therapy services for Family Care. He is a graduate of the University at Buffalo with a BS in Physical Therapy and Exercise Science. Sammy was the Director and Senior PT for 6 years in Lewiston. He is also Personal Trainer with strong background in sports rehabilitation (student athletic trainer for 4 years at the Univ of Buffalo).
Diane L. Brennan, PT, S.C.S:
Diane was the owner of Family Care for 16 years. She is a graduate of SUNY Cortland with a BS in Physical and Health Education. She received her BS in PT from Daemen College. Diane was the Director of Athleticare at Kenmore Mercy Hospital for 7 years. While at Athleticare she became Board Certified in Sports PT and has maintained that certification for over 10 years.
